Mathematics can be grafted over things outside of the realm of abstract manipulations, into the real life. Numerology attempts to graft those arithmetic onto written language by representing the graphmes and words through numbers and to then apply the rules of numerical arithmetic onto the written language. If we can apply a correlation between a numerological characteristic of the words and the semantic information they contain, one can then apply the mathematical system to the meanings of the things written. In the conversion of letters into numbers it is hoped that some of their content is preserved and in converting those numbers back into letters with the addition of other numbers, new things have been created.
Consider a waveform, like the sine wave, which can be viewed as a stream of trigonometric functions along infinitely many points on the x/y number graph. those points can be arithmetically combined with other numbers, say the points of a different waveform, and the result is a different waveform that is some combination of the 2 waves. Consider also a radio transmitter that has one wave, the "carrier" which is a steady signal, and then the wave of of the message signal, which has various modulations determined by the information within the message (speech, music, binary data etc). We can mathematically combine that varying signal of the message with the steady wave of the carrier signal and we are left with the combination of the two as a new wave which is then placed on the antenna and into the atmosphere. Depending on which of the several characteristics of the waves we combine, and which operations we carry out, we will create various different waves. The message wave rides on top of the carrier wave into the ether. On the other end, the receiver does it's own arithmetic, often the reverse of the xmitter operations, and receives the original message signal. (usually by destructively combining it with it's own copy of the unwavering carrier signal.
as a crude and not entirely analogous demonstration, consider the way an equation can be balanced to discover the missing term in algebra: x+y=z is equivalent to x=z-y. Consider x to be the message, y to be the carrier signal and z to be the transmission signal. the value of x cannot be known by the receiver, even if she knows what the message will be, it's contents are affected by external factors such as the spectral characteristics of the message [say, someone with a very deep or raspy voice or a really badly warped vinyl record] but she knows that y will remain more or less constant. Thus, she receives the transmission z, subtracts from it her local version of the carrier signal y and is left with the original message signal x. The transmission signal z's particular characteristics has no import outside of it's relation to the message signal for demodulation.
Relating back to our language, this is analogous to what happens in certain types of cryptography. A numerical value is applied to a message, that value is then combined, using arithmetic operations, with another mathematical value, the Key, to obscure the contents of the message. On the other end, the man knows what that key is and can extract the message. The contents of the cypher text itself has no meaning without the decryption key.
Consider a book in your native language. Your knowledge of that language is like the key, the graphemic contents of the book are like the cypher and the info conveyed by the particular arrangement of those graphemes is the message. you decrypt the cypher, or demodulate the transmission signal, or interpret the writings.
Let us return to the radio analogy. Instead of seeing the transmission as merely a means of sending the message signal, think of it as transforming the message signal into a new form to facilitate it's reception by ones who would otherwise be unable to detect it. Say I have a special message that I want to share with others. I can yell it from the mountains, but it's reach is limited; Betsy on the other side of the earth cannot receive my message, thus she will never know it's contents. they simply do not exist to her. If, however, I can transduce the audio waveform of my speaking the message into a corresponding electromagnetic waveform, it can thus travel around the world, and Betsy can use a special apparatus (the receiver) and take reception of my message.
It can be viewed as giving the original signal new characteristics (in this case, the ability to travel great distances within the EM spectrum).
Thus, through the careful selection of a numerological system and related methodologies, we can both reveal previously unknown contents from a piece of writing or confer upon it new characteristics that mere writing does not possess.
These messages and new characteristics aren't necessarily "real" or supernatural. Maybe it's all in your head. maybe it's a thing that you supply meaning and efficacity to. maybe they are esoteric messages from The Lord God Almighty. Maybe it's just a surrealist creative process. Either one is worthy of exploration in it's own right.
Creative method and process is itself a kind of magic(k) or ritualism, even if you do not "put much faith in such things and even if you have other metaphysical and theological commitments.

Now, given the transmission above, you could likely easily apply cryptographic methods to decode the original text but this is missing the point. The demodulation that we are interested in is not cryptographical. The new signal, the transmission, is to be decoded with a different sort of key, one that is mystical and hidden, possibly a chance accretion of unrelated things into a Jungian synchronistic assemblage.
Or maybe just nonsense and pareidolia.
Thus, the string "JJQVT ZLQCO OSYZC GQYYL KKNJJ...etc" *as presented* is the object of concern. Our demodulation is not one of cryptographic reversals in a 1/1 correspondence of cipher-to-message.
You can try to vocalize it or supply it to a symbolization algorithm (more on this at a future date) or transform it into a monogram, place it on a grid as a word square, do other numerological operations to it. Use it as inspiration for the writing of a separate text or a painting or sound art (I am currently investigating ways to turn the text into wav files) Feed it into a generative AI program and see what is extruded (if you are wondering, I got saccharine teddy beardog creatures from one freely available online). Use it as the seed to a cryptographic function to produce more texts.
It is paint on your brush; ink in your pen. It is feed for your livestock and soil for your crops (see also the previous messages on Cultural Compost).
That is our transmission, the only thing for you to do is to ascertain the proper reception and demodulation topology to extract the contents and make use of it's new characteristics.
